Throughout my experiences with chocolate, I believe it is something to be admired, and treated with respect, and to do this you must understand it: from its deep rooted origins in South America, through to tasting it on a modern day palate.
The Chocolate Consultant aims to open the world of chocolate out to all those with a taste for this 'Food of the Gods' by hosting chocolate tasting events for consumer, corporate and private clients, reviewing fine dark, unflavoured chocolate from around the world, keeping a close eye on movements in the world of Chocolate and I invite you to join me on guided walks through London’s chocolatiers to learn how chocolate is made from bean to bonbon, tasting the chocolate delicacies London has to offer.
